LESLIE LINDO
Leslie is President and co-founder of IKOLOJI and former Lead Course Instructor of Sonoran Sustainable Building Advisor (SBA) Program, has an unmatched track record in advancing sustainability in Arizona. Leslie is deeply involved in sustainability organizations through her volunteer work and sustainability education through the SBA program.
Leslie is President of the Board of Directors of the Phoenix Green Chamber of Commerce, is Secretary of the Chamber’s Public Policy Committee, is a member of the Board of Directors of the Sustainable Building Advisor Institute, and a member of the Governing Council for the U.S. Green Building Council – Arizona Chapter, Central Branch. Additionally, Leslie contributes her time and expertise to the American Institute of Architects – Phoenix Metro, and Valley Forward Association.
Leslie has received numerous accolades for her outstanding work in sustainability, is a regular guest speaker both locally and nationally, is a LEED Accredited Professional and is the first Certified Sustainable Building Advisor in Arizona. Leslie holds a B.A. in Communications from Loyola Marymount University.
BEN MONTCLAIR
Ben is co-founder and CEO of the IKOLOJI. He has a background in financial services, commercial-scale solar project development, and tax strategy for commercial scale energy efficiency projects. Ben is experienced in financial analysis of both solar projects and energy efficiency projects, and brings an emphasis on financial decision making to the IKOLOJI curriculum. Ben also provides independent energy management consulting, is a member of the Arizona Energy Consortium and sits on the Policy Committee of the Phoenix Green Chamber. Ben holds an MBA from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
