A new building project for Avondale Coldwater I by LGE Corporation (UNBUILT)

1 New 2 story office building, 2 new 2 story office buildings, and 2 new retail buildings at the Northwest corner of Avondale and Coldwater Springs Boulevards in the new urban entry core of Avondale, Arizona. The project’s lease able area contained 45,782 sf of office space (up to 24 suites) and 22,086 sf of retail space (up to 12 suites) for a total of 73,743 SF under roof.

A new building project for Arrowhead Ranch Industrial Park warehouse condominiums by Rencor Development Phase I

3 Building first phase of a new 6 building office/warehouse condominium Project. The 3 buildings total 41,568 SF and 10 condominiums. Each unit is 48′ across, but each building varies in depth, allowing for a variety of spatial needs. Each unit has a service/storage yard behind it. Those yard totaled 26,400 sf. The project is between 78th Avenue and the New River, just south of Deer Valley Road in Peoria, Arizona.

A new building project for Arrowhead Ranch Industrial Park warehouse condominiums by Rencor Development Phase II

3 Building second phase of a new 6 building office/warehouse condominium Project. The 3 buildings total 38,976 SF and 10 condominiums. Each unit is 48′ across, but each building varies in depth, allowing for a variety of spatial needs. Each unit has a service/storage yard behind it. Those yard totaled 25,000 sf. Each unit has a service/storage yard behind it. The project is between 78th Avenue and the New River, just south of Deer Valley Road in Peoria, Arizona. The finished complex contains 20 condo units and 80,344 sf and 50,000 sf of secure outdoor storage area.

Deer Valley Medical Center Parking Garage

A 4 & 1/2 tier/level parking structure across a plaza behind the Deer Valley Medical Center medical office building. The structure contains 105,213 sf and 526 spaces. 2 open stairs grace the corners of the plaza, with an elevator at the north end.

A new building project for Dysart Industrial Condos by LGE Corporation (UNBUILT)

A new collection of turn key, build to suit buildings in Surprise, Arizona. 2 identical buildings were designed as mirror images with a third, smaller building of similar design. All 3 buildings were designed as warehouse condominiums. All built on spec for future tenants. The 2 identical buildings have secure storage yards. Buildings totaled 72,383 sf with 17,920 sf of storage yards.

A new turn key build to suit building for the irrigation sub-contractor supply company Ewing Irrigation in Surprise, Arizona. A single building of 11,694 sf with approximately 20,000 sf of secure yard.

A new turn key build to suit building for tenant (Horizon) occupation. Tenant is a wholesale/retail mercantile establishment providing landscaping supplies to contractors and homeowners. The project is located at the Casa Grande Airport in Casa Grande, Arizona and is 10,689 sf with a 41,000 sf secure storage yard.

This spacious Class A five story medical office building is located near the intersection of Deer Valley Road and 27th Avenue and adjacent to John C. Lincoln Hospital.
Deer Valley Medical Center is designed to offer full service prestigious space to Class A and Medical tenants. The project includes a 4½ story parking garage for 302 autos and is connected to the office tower by a large landscaped motor court and entry plaza.A two story elevator lobby greets tenants and visitors and provides natural lighting to the interior of the building.
The exterior is composed of horizontal bands of stucco and glass. A curved blue glass curtainwall interrupts the banding creating a visual contrast and providing balconies at the fifth floor.
